12th poster

Hi~ this is my 12^th blog poster. We can’t finish the Korean national flag project because I went to Destine for weekend. So, we decided other things about project. First, we will presentation with poster board on final portfolio. We think it is more creative than the power point. We will fill the poster board with results of our project: changing sky, the Korean national flag, heart shape, JH cross and AJHS. We decided to put the Korean national flag in the middle of the poster board and put other pictures around the flag. Second, we started JH cross (letter) project. J and H letter will be made of our shoes and cross letter will be made of rocks or hand writing. If we can, we will meet on this weekend to finish project.

11th blog poster

This is my 11^th blog poster. I continue to search for the Korean national flag project. There were many ways to make the Korean national flag but there weren’t using pictures. I’m worried that I cannot finish this project. I don’t want to change my plan anymore so that care sits heavily on me.  I’ll finish this project quick as a wink within this week. I  also practiced to take pictures with camera. Last week, Mrs. Raville suggested that taking pictures on different sides and I followed her advice. I couldn’t find and feel differences at first but when I took pictures following that way again, I found some differences! I took three objects and they all has different side of pictures are come out well. One object comes out well when I take that on front side and the other object comes out well when I take that on top side. It was amazing! Again, I was attracted by the camera through this practice.

 This is Tteokbokki, rice cakes in hot sauce.

This is white rice. (It looks dark because I took that picture without light.)

This is a black soybean that boiled in soy sauce.

 

My 10th blog poster

This is my 10^th blog poster. I heard that we don’t have any time to finish the project so we must finish this project rapidly. We have to finish the Korean national flag project. We already decided parts of pictures to put the Korean national flag project. We will fill the parts of the flag with Korean foods. For example, that Korean foods are Kimchi, rice, Kim(sea-weed), Kim-bab(roll the rice with ham, egg, pickled radish, fish cake, and spinach on the sea-weed) and salted fish etc. I will try to take pictures of food to look delicious. I’m planning to edit the pictures using photo shop that I learned. It can be hard to me but I’m sure it will be a good experience. Thank you. Have a good night.

9th blog

Hi~ this is my 9^th blog poster. This week was the spring break. We planned to do many things for project in this week. However my partner Brenda went on a trip so we decided just to take any pictures during the spring break. I stayed in the home during all the spring break so I took pictures the food. This food is the stir-fried small octopus. It is called Nak-ji bokkem in Korean.  It’s little spicy and very delicious.

 

 

I ate this food for dinner and I went outside for walk. When I raised my head I could see many glittering stars. I want to take the star picture with DSLR camera but it doesn’t focus on night so I took that picture with my phone. It was very beautiful.

 

 

 

 

 

If I can, I want to take zodiac sign. I’m sure that will be very wonderful pictures.

8th blog

Hi~ This is my 8th blog. This week we didn’t progress the project because we thought we should learn about editing photos (using photo shop) for this project. I already experienced the difficulty of the photo shop so I know how a photo shop is difficult. I researched photo shop through the Korean blogs. At first, it looked very easy but when I tried to do this it was really difficult. I didn’t want to give up so I found an editing program that was easier than photo shop. I knew that program by my friend. She also taught how to use that program. That program was on my laptop and it named PAINT. Net. It was simple than photo shop so I could edit easier. It was very funny! Next time, I will try to do photo shop again.

Hi~

I had a bad news during project. My all photos were deleted by my bad computer skill. I edited my photos on last week and saved but it didn’t work. I didn’t know that so I embarrassed. I was obliged to take photos again. Last Saturday weather was cloudy so I couldn’t see many changes. I was very sad about that. It was easier to edit than the last time.

 I took 11 sky pictures. I wanted to take 12 pictures but I couldn’t because I took 12th picture at night. I didn’t know that camera doesn’t focus on the things at night.

I also work on the new photo project in progress. Brenda and I plan to make a Korean national flag with Korean food. We decided foods at each section.

#6 blog

We took changing of sky on Saturday. Our plan is that Brenda took pictures in her home and I took pictures in my house and compare our pictures. We took pictures at every hour. I disappointed at first because I couldn’t see big changing of sky. A few hours later, I could see the little change like shape of clouds and color of the sky.  It’s very amazing and wonderful. This picture is entirely of the project to be expected so I enjoyed during taking pictures.  I really want to post pictures on this 6^th blog but we are editing these pictures so I posted that pictures on next blog poster. I hope I finish editing my picture well. If you visit my blog on this weekend (or next Monday) you can see nice pictures.
